LICENSE AGREEMENT

DISTRIBUTION

The registered version of AXE cannot be distributed without the 
written permission of jBrowse, Inc. 

The unregistered version may be distributed freely ONLY in the form of the original
self-installing archive.  You may not modify the archive or distribute the component parts
separately.  You man not charge for this software nor distribute it with other products without
written permission from jBrowse, Inc.


DEMO LICENSE

Software installed with no valid registration code, or without a registration
code having been purchased, is used under the terms of this Demo License.
You have the non-exclusive right to use AXE for 30 days for the purpose of evaluation.  After 
the 30 days trail period, you must purchase the registered version, or discontinue using the 
software by removing it from your computer.


SINGLE USER LICENSE

Software used with an ordinary registration code is used under the terms of
this Single User License.  You may install this software on exactly one
computer at any given time.

SITE LICENSE

Software used with a 'site license' registration code is used under the terms
of this Site License.  You may install this software on any number of computers
belonging to the same business at the same location.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED 
"AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY 
APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE,
